Virtual Consultation

A Virtual Consult, through a simple video call, is required before scheduling any project.

This allows us to get to know each other and understand what the clients needs are. During the consult you will show us the space, discuss project goals, discuss budget, set project date, estimate number of hours.

An in-home follow up may be requested at no additional charge for measurements, etc.

*This fee is honored towards your final invoice.

Pricing & Fees

Clients can expect to pay around $60 per hour for projects.

Travel fees apply for all projects outside of Birmingham proper.

All product used is passed along at retail cost. Sourcing fees may apply for large projects to cover the cost of ordering, inventory, unboxing, transport, and returns.

All pricing and fees will be listed on a quote prior to project start. Any additional fees that may be incurred during project installation will be discussed and approved by the client.

Deposit

Half of the quote is required before project start. Payments can be made via cash, check, card, or Venmo to Pardi Home Edit.

Upon project completion we provide a full invoice with all product and labor breakdown.

Satisfaction

After each project, Pardi provides guaranteed satisfaction.

Upon project completion a client walk thru will be conducted and any requested changes will be addressed.

Once all changes are made a final invoice will be submitted.
